Welcome to Front Range Armored Group, Inc., an organization which has grown in purpose and scope to not only provide MINIATURE HISTORICAL REENACTMENTS
of armored vehicle battles and MUSEUM QUALITY EXHIBITS, but also to provide LIBRARY RESEARCH & MATERIALS to RC tankers, and assistance and support to MILITARY VETERANS. To our friends, we are best known as “FRAG” and we are located in Denver, Colorado, USA
FRAG was started in 1999 by a few Colorado men who shared a passion for military history, model building and honoring military Veterans. Their goal was to utilize 1/16th scale RC model tanks to reenact military battles, demonstrate military tactics and share Military Interpretive History with the public. In the year 2000 FRAG secured a parcel of land and over the next 20 years constructed a "world class" miniature replication of a WWII Normandy battlefield, which has long been enjoyed by the general public, scout troops, school classes, Veterans, and many special guests who watched miniature battles unfold and learned about the Machinery & Men who fought and died so many years ago.

But in May of 2020 FRAG's landlord needed the property back and as a result FRAG announced it will rebuild as an INDOOR RC TANK PAVILION. Our goal is to serve the public year round without regard to weather, to offer multiple state of the art battlefields, along with 1/16th scale museum exhibits, an area serving our Veterans, and a research library for modelers. Once we are open, you can bring the family and participate in the battle games or just watch & learn about historical actions such as (a) Modern Desert Warfare, (b) America's WWII fight with the German Afrika Korps, (c) Winter Operations during the Battle of the Bulge, and of course (d) all about the 1944 Normandy hedgerow and small village struggles that soldiers faced.
